1. No Exchange or Return Policy
Due to the personal and consumable nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless there is a valid issue such as:
Product damage or leakage due to manufacturing or transit
Incorrect item received
Missing or empty packaging
Product received differs from what was ordered
2. Eligibility for Return or Replacement
To be eligible for a return or replacement, the issue must be reported within 3 days of receiving your order, and the following conditions must be met:
Product must be unused, sealed, and in its original packaging
You must provide proof of purchase (order ID or receipt)
You must share a clear unboxing video as evidence of any damage, leakage, tampering, or missing item
All labels, tags, and original outer packaging must be intact
Without an unboxing video, your claim may not be processed.
3. Items That Cannot Be Returned
The following items are not eligible for return or refund:
Used, opened, or tested products
Products damaged due to customer mishandling
Items purchased on sale or promotional discount
Custom gift boxes or personalized orders
Items returned without original packaging and invoice

5. Refund Process
Once your request is reviewed and approved:
A replacement will be shipped (subject to availability), or
A full or partial refund will be issued to your original payment method
Refunds may take 5–7 business days to reflect, depending on your bank or payment gateway.
Please do not send any item back unless requested by our team.
6. Order Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placing them, provided they are not yet shipped.
Custom, personalized, or pre-order items cannot be cancelled.
We reserve the right to cancel any order in case of pricing errors, stock unavailability, or suspected fraud.
